| Did you know? · Many condominium complexes do not allow pets? · St. Lawrence has always been a pet-friendly condo complex. · You can help keep St. Lawrence pet-friendly by adhering to three (3) simple rules. The three (3) simple rules below are also City of Northville Pet Ordinance Laws:

| 1) PLEASE PICK UP PET FECES IMMEDIATELY Spring is here! The flowers are blooming, the barbecues are heating-up, and the landscapers, roofers, painters, and our wonderful postal workers have been getting more than they bargained for on the bottom of their shoes!! Bring your backhoe, shovel, pooper-scooper, or baggies to pick up Fido’s mess. Immediate pick-up is essential for sanitary reasons and aesthetics.

2) WHEN YOUR PET LEAVES YOUR DOOR, IT MUST BE ON A LEASH Whether just outside your front door, or on a leisurely walk, pets must be on a leash at all times and controlled by a responsible person. Pets are not allowed to run anywhere in St. Lawrence without a leash.

| 3) BARKING DOGS SHOULD BE TAKEN INSIDE Please attend promptly to your barking dog. Our close living quarters require this consideration. We all want to enjoy our days (and nights!) here at St. Lawrence.
