PAINTING and ROAD REPAIRS
You may have noticed that rotted wood replacement and caulking are ongoing as we prepare for repainting next year. Thank you to those co-owners that have replaced faulty windows.  Your cooperation keeps everything on schedule. Second notices will be sent out those who have not complied.  Note that any shrubbery will be trimmed that impedes the painting.

Our roads are being repaired in areas to extend their longevity.  Repairs will be done in sections to keep inconvenience to a minimum.  The Board has noticed that some driveways have gaps between the drive and the garage.  These gaps will be filled professionally with the proper material.  Please do not attempt to fill the crack yourself.
Please be sensible during the road work.  If your path is blocked - turn around and go the other way.

Maintenance and Modification Requests

For your convenience, these forms are just a click or two away.  Herriman & Asossciates ask that we submit non-emergency maintenance requests using the forms on the internet at their website.  Go to www.herriman.net and click on "service forms", select "maintenance request".  Fill in the form online and print a copy for your records before clicking "submit".

Modification request forms may also be found and submitted on the website.  However, depending on the nature of your request, you may need to supply additional informaton by mail or e-mail.  All of this should be done before you make any alterations.  No modifications shall commence without prior Board approval.
