St. Lawrence Estates

As the weather cools it is time to start think about the Holidays. Holiday decorations are allowed between November 15 and January 15.  The only items that may be attached to the buildings are door bells, a flag holder and thermometers. Attaching items to wood, stone or siding can cause damage as moisture seeps in and causes wood rot.

Plants and flowers may be added to beds around your unit from April 15 thru November 15.  This includes patio/porch pots and hanging plants.  Plants must be maintained during the season.  Trellised plants are only allowed during the season and may not be attached to the building.  After November 15 all pots and plants must be garaged.

PRIDE
Keeping everything clean, neat and updated maintains our favorable image in the community.  Clean up after your pets (there have been complaints) pick up stray scrap or trash you see that does not belong.  We have received numerous compliments from friends and visitors about the beauty and desirability of our  complex and the natural surroundings.
Our selling prices are trending upward and we currently have only one unit for sale.  The last unit available sold in two days!!  Patti Mullen has two prospective clients on a waiting list. So we are please tosay that everyone's hard work is paying off!!!

This project is finally completed!!! They look beautiful.  Thank you Howard Payne for all of your hard work.  One reminder - We must "enlighten" (lol) our co-owners as to the importantance of being consistent with the overall complex illumination by NOT replacing our own exterior bulbs when they burn out.  We use a specified bulb that is long-llife and low wattage (economical) and is the same color as our new streetlight bulbs. Please notify Herriman with a maintenance request at www.herriman.net .  We do have two people patrolling the complex to replace these bulbs.
